Can I modify. or cancel my order?

YES!

You can modify or cancel your order within 24 hours of making it.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes!

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major Credit Cards and payment methods , including Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Amex, Union Pay, Paypal, Google Pay.

How do I enter a discount code?

Navigate to Checkout once you've selected your product for purchase. Located on the Checkout information page there is a Discount Code field, enter your discount code here to apply your discount, thats it!

What if the bags don't fit me properly?

We highly value customer satisfaction. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any concerns or queries regarding our products or designs.

Production & Customizing

How long will it take to for the production of my custom order.

Once your order has been received and fully paid for , your order details are sent to our workshop, typically our production time is about 6-8 weeks.

If for any reason this timeline is to be delayed we will contact you.

Can I customize the existing design?

Yes, we offer bespoke and customization services at an additional cost. For more information, please contact [insert contact information.

Can I personalize my piece?

Absolutely!

We offer engraving services to add any combination of logos, designs, or personalized messages.

Shipping & Returns

How Long will shipping take.

Packages are delivered via DHL Express which can reach most destinations with in 3-7 working days

Do you offer next day delivery?

Unfortunately we do not, But all packages are shipped via DHL Express and will reach most destinations around the world in 3-7 days.

Will I be required to pay additional import duties or taxes?

Yes the customer/recipient is responsible for paying any such duties and/or taxes in addition to the delivery cost.

Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Before placing your order, please look up your local customs tax or VAT rates.

Do you provide gift packaging?

Yes, we offer gift packaging for our products. Please leave note upon ordering and we will reach out to arrange the specifics with you.

Do you offer returns and exchanges?

Products may only be returned or exchanged in the case of manufacturing defaults or error. Under these circumstances, goods can be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.

All returns must be approved by JOSHUA AM, instructions can be found at SHIPPING & RETURNS all instructions must be followed for successful exchange or refund, and to avoid additional customs or duties charges.

What if the bags don't fit me properly can I exchange them.

No!

Storage & Care

What is the best way to store my bags

My bags are covered in dust or how can I clean them.

If you find your bags are covered in the dust that we all know and love, it is best to gently wipe them down with a mild vinegar and water solution, making sure to pay close attention to any metal hardware as the dust can be corrosive. Should condition or moisturize my Holsters?

Yes!

Misc

Are your designs categorized as men's and women's?

We believe that gender has great potential for experimentation beyond the binary and acknowledge the historical significance of leather within the queer community. Our designs are suitable for a wide variety of body types.

What kind of leather do you use?

All JOSHUA AM pieces are made from high-quality, soft lamb and goat leather. The leather is sourced and produced in Indonesia.

What kind of hardware do you use?

All our hardware is made from solid brass, that contains no nickel which is durable and suitable for contact with the skin.

If you require a different material for allergy purposes, please contact us, and we will explore possible arrangements.

Do you offer vegan options?

Since the establishment of JOSHUA AM in 2011, our specialty has been leather. However, we have been exploring vegan leather options in recent years that meet our standards of quality, durability, look, and feel. This direction is currently under development.
