SHIPPING & RETURNS

All our items are handmade to order, we kindly ask customers to understand that our standard guideline for shipping products within 6-8 working weeks from the point of payment clearance and address verification.

If necessary, we reserve the right to extend this period and will notify you by email.

JOSHUA AM will inform you (the customer) of any delays to your order.

Please note that during festival season ( such as before Burning Man) holidays (such as Christmas), dispatch & production times may be longer. We will contact you if there is a delay.

Joshua AM shall not be held responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.

Packages are prepared & shipped on Tuesdays, and Fridays.

All packages will be shipped to the payment address provided during the order process, unless otherwise specified.

International orders are shipped via DHL.

You may be contacted directly by the courier, their partners, or Customs regarding your shipment. Please ensure that the full name of the consignee is provided for the delivery address to avoid delays or additional charges.

All Packages are shipped via DHL express, once shipped delivery time takes 3-5 days.

All shipping fees, all taxes and duties are payable by the recipient unless specifically specified.

Any additional fees resulting from the recipient not accepting the shipment or providing incorrect or incomplete shipping information may incur additional charges.

Shipments to Russia & China may require upfront payment of customs and duties or may be sent via alternative international tracked and signed services, depending on the total order value.

Fulfillment of orders may be subject to additional payment authorization requests, and JOSHUA AM reserves the right to cancel or postpone shipping if these requests are not completed.

DHL FREE SHIPPING option is available for all customers with a fulfilled order value above $600 (EX TAX).

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or other expenses required to comply with foreign regulatory requirements or laws. The customer/recipient is responsible for paying any such duties and/or taxes in addition to the delivery cost. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Before placing your order, please contact your local customs office or taxation authority for further information.
